Rules of Play
House of Femdom is committed to keeping our studio rentals and all play on the premises safe, sane, consensual and within the boundaries of our local, state and federal laws.
Safe & Sane Play
Our environment, play and equipment are at all times clean, sterilized properly, and arranged with safety in mind. We're also dedicated to maintaining the privacy of our Dommes and submissives.
The following types of play are therefore prohibited:

Gunplay - Firearms of any type are prohibited inside the building.

Fireplay - No open flames without express prior approval and proper safety and protection precautions in place.

Knife & Edge Play - No sharp implements without express prior approval and proper safety and protection precautions in place.

Blood Play - No puncturing of skin without express prior approval and proper safety and protection precautions in place.

Scat Play - Absolutely not. Ever.

Water Sports - No water sports without express prior approval and proper protection and cleaning protocols requiring an additional $50 fee.

Sex - Outright sexual activities are strictly prohibited to include unclothed facesitting, queening, oral sex and vaginal sex. Prostitution or solicitation is not tolerated. Our space is for BDSM that operates within the boundaries of the law.

Consensual Non-Consent - Safe words will be in use at all times.

Smoking - Our building is smoke free.

Intoxicated Play - No drugs of any kind are allowed on premises. If you choose to bring your own alcohol, drinking must be done after play has concluded.
Consensual Play & Vetting
Space rentals are available only to independent Dommes with a verifiable positive reputation. We WILL NOT support or allow non-consensual play of any kind and will not deal with a go-between.
To ensure the discretion of our space, only vetted members may know the location of the space. DO NOT bring someone with you who has not been vetted.
Vetting may take up to a week and include viewing your webite and social media profiles, contacting references as provided and an interview call.
Behavior
Respect all staff and abide by their instructions. Their decisions are final and non-negotiable.
BDSM is based on trust and respect. We want to provide you a fun and safe atmosphere for your studio dungeon experience. To do that to the best of our ability, it's necessary to enforce the rules above.

House of Femdom is our home. We want you to love it as much as we do and by following these rules you can rest assured that you'll be a valued guest.
Rentals
House of Femdoms rentals are done on a person by person basis. We are an exclusive club with high protocols to maintain the safety and enjoyment of all of our guests.

All bookings are processed using the online form. No text bookings. Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply.

Vanilla To The Door - Dress, speech, etc is vanilla to the door. Our neighbors do not consent to hearing about our play or seeing our fetish wear.

Deposits - A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to book our space payable online or through PayPal.

Rental Fees - All rental fees will be payed up-front before provided access to the space.

Cancellations - We work hard to prepare the space for our appointments. Cancellations within 24 hours will require the forfeit of the deposit.

Lateness - Rentals are booked for the time you've selected. There is a late fee of $30 payable out of the deposit to hold/extend your rental for an extra 15 minutes.

Cleaning Fee - A cleaning fee of $50 will be assessed for your first rental. This may be waved in the future, if you can demonstrate proper cleaning procedures.

How To Rent The House of Femdom
We gladly rent to reputable Dommes. You're welcome to use a single studio or book the entire dungeon for $150 per hour, $600 for 8 hours or $1000 for a 24 hour booking.

Membership & Promos
With at least 4 weeks notice, we'd love to hold a welcome party in your honor. You'll get to collaborate with us and be promoted to local subs. If you intend to rent often, inquire at submit@mistressladyx.com about membership options that get you unlimited use and even more of a discount.
Upgrades
We know Dommes love upgrades. And subs love to splurge for those upgrades. Request to add these to your booking:

Submissive Assistant: $20 per hour. Make your session carefree. Get a submissive who knows his way around to fetch you all the supplies you need and take care of the photography. (nights and weekends only)

Mentoring Domme: $50 per hour. Our mentoring Dommes bring a minimum of 5 years of successful professional domination experience to your session. Improve your skills. Give your sub a double session feel.

Champagne Service: $100. Get lavish. Enjoy being served a bit of bubbly plus cheese, meat, and grape hor d'oeuvre tray. ABC regulations require that you or your submissive supply any alcohol, but we'll happily bring the hor d'oeuvres.
