Location: House of Femdom's exclusive underground dungeon studio in the Lynnhaven Area of Virginia Beach. You'll receive the exact address by email the day before the event.

Experience the luxury of 1500 square feet of play space with 6 distinct areas. Submit on premium dungeon furniture including a custom hoist system, 2 St. Andrews crosses, 3 spanking benches, vintage medical table, high-end office, and lounge area. With countless tools, implements and bondage devices, you'll have no choice but to kneel, worship and obey.

Who May Attend

​

• Subs who have served Mistress Lady X or Domina Katie AND are currently in good standing. Black or grey-listed subs are prohibited from attending.
• Subs with excellent references from another professional Mistress.
• If you are unsure of your standing, you may email submit@mistressladyx.com and request permission to attend.

How It Works

​

• Once you've successfully reserved your spot, you'll receive an email with further instructions. A day before the event, you'll be given the address.
• Upon check-in you'll have the opportunity to beg to serve a specific Mistress. Additionally, hoods and masks will be available upon request.
• Your hard limits will be respected at all times. You'll be prompted to list your interests and limits during the reservation process. Play will be safe, sane, consensual without exception.

Absolutely Do...

​

• Make any polite requests during the check-in process such as: - Serving one Mistress in particular   - Stowing personal belongings   - Wearing a hood or mask   - Using a specific scene name 
• Arrive clean, open-minded and prepared to serve, entertain and satisfy all attending Mistresses to the best of your abilities.
• Sign a release form upon check-in. You must be 18 years of age or older to attend Our events. A photo ID may be required.
• While not expected, gifts and additional tips and tributes are always welcome as a token of your appreciation. Envelopes and a drop box will be provided.

Don't Even Think About...

​

• Arriving under the influence or exhibiting rude, pushy or disrespectful behavior. These actions may result in your expulsion from the party without a return of tribute and possible blacklisting.
• Bringing an unregistered guest, whether submissive or dominant, is strictly prohibited. All attendees must be pre-approved by Mistress Lady X.
• Trying to leave before all of Our attending Mistresses have their whims and desires fully satisfied!

For Your Safety...

• All play will be safe, sane and consensual without exception.
• All implements will be appropriately covered and/or sanitized.
• Safe words will be given during the check-in process.
• Any personal information given during the reservation process will be used strictly for payment processing and will never be shared or used for any other purpose.
• Alcohol consumption is restricted to a 2 drink maximum and drugs are strictly prohibited.

Reservation Options

​

• You may reserve your ticket by tributing the full $150 online
• Alternatively, you may deposit $50 online and tribute the remaining $100 in cash at the event check-in.
• All tickets and deposits are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another event at the Mistress' discretion.
• Reservations are allowed up to an hour before the event, however, We recommend securing your spot early as very few spaces are available.
